Orthopaedic diagnostics and treatment in Munich
Our focus is conservative orthopaedics, that is treatment without surgery. At our private practice in Munich-Altperlach, Dr. Schettle examines you personally and discusses with you which treatment suits your symptoms. Depending on the findings, individual measures are combined or built up step by step. This may also include movement, targeted exercises and physiotherapy. The aim is to relieve your pain and improve your mobility.
Interventional pain therapy
Targeted image-guided injections to relieve pain, particularly for back problems and certain joint complaints.
Bioregenerative therapies
Autologous blood therapy with PRP/ACP and other procedures using processed components of your own body, for selected joint and tendon complaints.
Shockwave therapy
Targeted pressure waves for persistent complaints affecting tendons and tendon attachments, as part of your treatment plan.
Conservative osteoarthritis therapy
We combine several procedures to relieve osteoarthritis pain and to preserve the joint for as long as possible.
Digital gait and posture analysis
We examine how you stand and walk and whether this shows any signs of incorrect loading.
Orthotic care
Individually selected and fitted orthoses for stabilisation and offloading. Fitting is carried out in cooperation with the medical supply store in the building.
